The National CCAA hosts the Catholic Colleges Reception, a memorable event alongside the annual NACAC conference. The casual event brings together a thousand secondary school and independent counselors and admission representatives from National CCAA member institutions for networking and conversation. Each year boasts remarkable entertainment, food and drinks, and an unforgettable evening.

Our reception has traditionally been a wonderful way to connect with admission representatives from National CCAA member institutions, as well as other secondary, independent, transfer/community college, and community-based counselors.

Registration for the event is required and no one will be allowed to enter the reception without a ticket. Space is limited.

Special thanks to all of our National CCAA member institutions who are sponsoring the event this year (see list below) and Encourage, our beverage sponsor. Encourage is a free college and career planning program that encompasses a suite of tools, college and career exploration, and resources designed to provide a deeper level of guidance and engagement between learners and educators. Through its voluntary program millions of students benefit from the connections to colleges and planning resources annually.

Please read the following important notes before you register:

✔️ This year's reception will be held on Thursday, September 18, from 7-10 p.m. at the Ohio Statehouse in downtown Columbus. Typically our reception is held on the Friday evening of the NACAC Conference. Please note the change for this year.

✔️ We would like to accommodate as many of our special guests (high school counselors, independent counselors, CBO counselors, and transfer counselors from two-year/community colleges) and admission reps from our member schools as possible. Due to overwhelming interest and limited space, bringing a guest (spouse or partner) is not permitted. Registration is also NOT transferrable.

✔️ Each counselor or admission representative from National CCAA member institutions must register separately and individually, so pass the link to register to your colleagues if several staff members from your office will be attending.

✔️ This reception is ONLY for high school counselors, independent counselors, CBO counselors and transfer counselors from two-year/community colleges, and admission staff at National CCAA member institutions (no one under 21 is allowed).

National CCAA member institutions who are reception sponsors get an allocation of staff admissions. Admission for staff of non-sponsoring institutions are $100 per person. Please check here to indicate you understand this. An invoice for the total ticket amount will be emailed to non-sponsoring institutions who attend after the NACAC Conference.
